Sawyer's Heart (Angels of Hope)




These were the items that were sent on their way to Sawyer's Heart (Angels of Hope) today. Michelle provides memory boxes to Illinois hospitals in memory of her son Sawyer who left the world far too soon. After she was given a memory box to remember Sawyer she was inpired to give back.
